As a not-for-profit housing association, we work with residents and customers to help them live their lives to the full. From inclusive communities to opportunities to grow, and support when it's needed. We work closely with partners and stakeholders to bring together different views, skills and ideas. So we can deliver what really matters to our residents.
Our group
We have 107,000 homes and 220,000 residents across London and the Home Counties. We also provide care and support services for around 17,500 customers.
