South East London Community Energy is an award-winning SE London-based organisation that exists to promote fair, low carbon solutions to both climate crises and energy inequalities.

Selce promotes community financed renewables, supports residents to increase the energy efficiency of their homes and provides advice and referrals for vulnerable residents at risk of fuel poverty.
SELCE currently owns and operates 510kW of community financed solar PV and has provided tailored energy advice to over 5000 vulnerable householders living in fuel poverty.

They run free energy advice cafes, deliver home visits, organise workshops for support workers and carers and train ‘energy champions’ to support the most vulnerable people in their neighbourhoods. More recently the team have developed their expertise to help local households make their homes more energy efficient.
