Contracts Manager - Power Generation

We have an exciting opportunity for an Contracts Manager to manage and develop relationships within our Power Generation division.

Location - Homebased / Manchester Office + UK Travel Required

The successful candidate will work with new and existing customers to develop the best solutions for their sites, which may include extending maintenance contracts or replacement of their existing product with a new installation. The Account Manager will drive performance on the customers behalf and ensure they receive a maximum return on investment. Customers will include single site users and major groups with multiple locations. As a result, although ideally based in Manchester, the position will require UK travel.

The ideal candidate will have a background in medium to large scale power generation alongside a technical or operational management qualification. In addition to this some commercial exposure will be beneficial. Please note this is not a sales role. Previous experience in a customer support/contracts role in a technical industry would be an advantage.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be self-motivated and able to communicate at all levels within an organisation. This is a diverse role, that includes liaison with our finance, service and commercial departments. Computer literacy including intermediate excel skills and a full driving licence are required for this role.
