Team Lead - CDM

Join a growing Building and Real Estate Division for a market leading Health & Safety Compliance Consultancy as Leader of an already established CDM team responsible for the delivery of high quality compliance services to a range of UK based clients. This role is primarily home based but the successful CDM Team Lead will need access to the West Midlands and Northern Home Counties to lead team meetings. The role is a mixture of CDM delivery, Account Management, Team Management and driving the growth of the CDM business in revenue and headcount.
