Business Development Manager – Solar PV EPC, UK market. Base salary C. �50,000 P.A + Car allowance + Generous Bonus, Home based working
This is an exciting opportunity within a specialist solar PV project developer and construction firm who are building out a large portfolio of utility scale projects in the UK.
You will be joining an established European firm with a very strong balance sheet and a meaty pipeline of solar projects to convert.
About you
We’re looking for an experienced energy sector sales/business development administrator with in depth knowledge of the UK energy sector.
Alternatively you are a sophisticated B2B sales professional who can work comfortably within the business development suite alongside their existing team.
You’re comfortable managing an existing sales pipeline and generating new business and assisting the current team in following business development leads.
Essential Requirements:
* Solar or renewable energy B2B sales experience
* Analytical approach, commercially astute
* Ability to work autonomously and proactively
* Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills
* Passion about excellent client service
* Strong ability to work within a team.
* Diplomatic and engaging communication style with an ability to build positive relationships but challenge thinking when required
* Ability to think strategically and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Outstanding MS Office skills, in particular Excel
* Right to work in the UK
Remuneration
Impressive basic salary circa �50,000 alongside a company car and a very attractive bonus scheme
