The Role

This new role will support our clients in the achievement of their objectives in carbon measurement, management, and reduction. The role involves supporting client projects through administrative and organisational activities. Day-to-day activities will include communicating with clients, managing administrative systems, assisting with monthly newsletters, and supporting client projects where needed. Regular client interaction and engagement is key to successfully meeting our client’s measurement and reduction objectives. 
We are seeking an individual with strong administrative and organisational skills who also enjoys client facing work and is numerically minded. They would ideally have worked in an administrative role in a related sector supporting large companies to achieve their goals using specialist outsourced expertise. An understanding of climate risks as they relate to corporate clients and of the core elements of carbon management would be desirable but not essential.

The role is full time and reports to the Client Success Manager. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate. The successful applicant will work remotely and in a co-working space in London.
Key Activities

• Managing our internal planning systems.
• Scheduling external client calls and managing calendars.
• Coordinating director’s meetings.
• Assisting the delivery of successful client onboarding.
• Supporting new business development.
• Responding to customer enquiries via email and the phone. 
• Researching for articles, product analysis and topical data insights to meet bespoke client needs and enhance awareness and capability of our processes.
• Assisting with report generation and workshop delivery.
• Contributing to communications; FAQs, webinars, videos, help documents, and other customer-facing materials.
• Assisting with continued recruitment activities.
• Maintaining an awareness of policy and best practice – actively following key trends and policy changes and generating a deep understanding of UK Greenhouse Gas emission reporting standards and requirements.

• Educational qualifications in maths or sciences – experience working with large-scale data analysis and report writing. (Desirable)
• Experience of office-based work, including as an intern or on a short-contract. (Desirable)
• Experience in a customer facing role, sales, account management ideally in a software, environmental or consulting environment. (Desirable) 

Salary £24k-26.5k (subject to experience)
