Overview:
A leading organisation is seeking a skilled BIM & CAD Specialist to join a collaborative and innovative team working on exciting and challenging multidisciplinary projects. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM) within a forward-thinking, professional environment committed to delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilise 2D and 3D BIM and CAD software, including tools such as Revit (MEP), Navisworks, and BIM360/ACC.
* Manage data securely and in compliance with industry standards such as ISO 19650.
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective coordination and project delivery.
* Apply knowledge of COBie data formats and classification systems such as Uniclass.
* Leverage computational tools such as Dynamo (desirable but not essential).
* Demonstrate proficiency in BIM-compliant environments, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
* Stay open to learning new software and methodologies to support ongoing innovation and process improvements.
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Manage workload independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

* Strong BIM and CAD experience, with a clear understanding of their application in the construction industry.
* Awareness of the benefits of Building Information Modelling and its transformative impact on the industry.
* Knowledge of industry standards, including ISO 19650.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
