Senior Environmental Planner / EIA Co-ordinator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Environmental Planner / EIA Co-ordinator to join a dynamic team of environmental and planning professionals. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while supporting the team’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and Environmental Statement (ES) reporting.
• Support the planning and delivery of projects across various sectors, including renewables, residential, and industrial developments.
• Liaise with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Review and integrate specialist inputs from multi-disciplinary teams.
• Prepare technical documents such as EIA Reports, Planning Statements, and Pre-Application Consultation Reports.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including preparing bids and securing new opportunities.

Requirements

• A degree in Environmental Planning, EIA, Town Planning, or a related discipline (BSc or MSc).
• Membership in IEMA or RTPI (Graduate or Associate level).
• Proven experience delivering projects through the planning system, including EIA coordination.
• Strong understanding of UK planning systems and EIA best practices.
• Excellent report writing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple projects.
• Full UK driving license.
