Forestry Engineer required to write a report on a Bio Mass Project

The Forestry Engineer should have a least a Master’s Degree in Forestry or related subjects and relevant experience of Forestry Management involving the production of bio mass or associated areas.  And must be capable of producing a report of not more than twenty pages of the viability of an Estonian Wood Pellet Project.

The project will detail the forestry that will produce the bio mass for the production of the wood pellets.  There is an existing forestry plan in existence produced in 2017 which details the forestry area and volume of bio mass on the land. And the tonnage of wood pellets produced per hectare in a three to five year period.

Within the report it will need to detail the current wholesale price for Premium Quality Wood Pellets in Western Europe.  We can supply details on the current Wholesale prices.  And you will need to make suggestions on the future price of wholesale price.

The reports will need a brief introduction to forestry in Estonia with a brief description of the area as well as the classification of risks to the project in particular fire, pest and forestry protected areas.  The type of trees on the property.  Where the project is located within Estonia and this will need to be supported with detail maps of the areas.

Ecocrops International can supply an internal report produced on the site and details of research areas and bibliography to help with the production of the work

As a materials will be provided we do not think a site visit is necessary.  The work is a part time consultancy job but we will accredit the successful applicate.  There is the prospect of a full or part time consultant role as a Forestry Expert on the EcoCrops International board.

The report will be circulated for publication.
