An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an energetic and engaging employer as a Retail Services Centre Manager for our team based in Bournemouth.

The Role

As our Retail Services Centre Manager, you will take responsibility for all Non Household Retail Functions to include contact centre, correspondence, complaints, wholesale account management, wholesale interaction and management, workforce management, training and switching to ensure all deliver high performance against their respective Key Performance Indicators.

You will also contribute to the customer retention and growth strategy by ensuring that the day to day delivery of all retail function operations are delivered to the highest standards and provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience, which in turn secures customer retention.

The successful Retail Services Centre Manager will contribute to the financial viability of the organisation through maximising the cash coming into the business and through selling our value added services.

The Ideal Retail Services Centre Manager:

 *Experience of Change Management & Process Management *Experience of leading a team including coaching others *Evidence you have excellent oral and written communication skills including negotiating and presentation skills. *Demonstrate excellent levels of customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage difficult customer situations. *Proven analytical, problem solving and cost effective decision making skills. *Ability to constructively challenge accepted thinking and methods by generating and embracing innovative ideas.

Rewards & Benefits:

In return for your hard work as our Retail Services Centre Manager, we can offer a salary £40,000 to £45,000. per annum dependent on skills and experience.
