We now have an exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the South West's leading employers as a Customer Liaison Officer for our team. We are recruiting for both full time and part time positions.

**This role is offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis until 31st March 2020**

The Role

Joining our team as a Customer Liaison Officer, you will support the Project Manager in the delivery of innovative behavioural approach to customer engagement and co-ordinating waste water sewer network improvements as part of the sewer misuse programme including initiatives such as Love Your loo, Think Sink and Commercial Fat Oil and Grease (F.O.G.) On a daily basis this will involve:

 *Planning and delivering the customer behaviour campaigns and engaging directly with the public. *Participating in analysis of information and to propose improvements in order to drive operational performance at tactical level.

This Role will require extensive travel throughout the SWW area of Operations. A van will be supplied.

The Ideal Customer Liaison Officer:

 *Experience of working directly with the public *Experience of behavioral change *Proven customer service skills *A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook. *Good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal to positively communicate to the public, and colleagues. *Ability to organise and plan customer visit and motivation to visit domestic customers. *A flexible approach to workload and working hours.

Please be aware that you must have full UK Drivers Licence and prepared to travel throughout the region

In return for your hard work as our Customer Liaison Officer, we can offer a salary £19,000 - £23,000 per annum (pro-rata for Part time).
