Project Manager - Construction

Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit a Construction Project Manager for team on a permanent basis. This role covers our portfolio nationwide, therefore a willingness to travel is essential.

The Role:

Joining our team, the Project Manager will provide project management and delivery assurance to the business, enabling it to meet its operational and long-term objectives. You will ensure that construction projects are delivered according to best practice project management techniques and standards appropriate to the type and scale of projects.

The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered in accordance with all technical, health, safety, environmental, quality and security requirements, working in partnership with the Project Management team and key stakeholders to deliver the successful construction of projects.

You will manage day-to-day construction aspects of construction projects, including the management of the of site supervisors and Consultant Engineers.

The ideal Construction Project Manager:

 *Track record of delivery of projects to cost, quality and time parameters in waste management or related engineering field. *Proven experience of full lifecycle of construction capital project delivery in the UK *Proven experience of construction, commissioning and operational handover *Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience applicable to the role *NEBOSH or Equivalent *Strong commercial knowledge of Construction Contracts, NEC3/4 and IChemE forms of contracting *Good understanding of the Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, *Experience of commissioning and handover to operations process, including applicable legislation *Sound working knowledge of CDM regulations
