Senior Sustainability Consultant / BREEAM In-Use Assessor

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to fill the role of Senior Sustainability Consultant to support growing professional sustainability consultancy team of our client. The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning, completion and write-up of operational building level environmental and energy audits
  • Provision of monitoring and tracking consultancy to assist clients in the management of post-audit improvement management programmes
  • Environmental and energy management System development support
  • Manage large environmental data management programmes coordinating multiple parties
  • Monitoring and analysis of energy consumption data
  • Client management
  • Building certification services team which include BREEAM in Use, WELL and Fitwell

The right candidate must have the following essential skills:

  • Environmental and Energy Audit Experience for commercial buildings
  • ESOS Lead Assessor Registration (desirable)
  • Detailed understanding of UK environmental legislation
  • Highly articulate and numerate
  • Strong people skills
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Degree or Masters in related subject & membership of an appropriate and recognised professional body (e.g. IEMA registered Environmental Auditor)
  • Fluency in French German desirable but not essential
  • BREEAM in Use Assessor and/or WELL Accredited Practitioner status desirable
