An ideal opportunity for a recent graduate interested in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability to work for an established business in North London. You will provide support on low carbon and energy efficiency services as well as smart meters, EV, and renewables for external clients.

Please note, only applicants with the relevant educational background would be considered (e.g. energy, sustainability, renewables)

Key accountabilities will include:

·       Assisting project teams with the delivery of energy efficiency and microgeneration works.

·       Provide ongoing technical advice and support to project teams on the identification of new opportunities.

·       Analysis of housing stock data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency works.

·       Carry out technical research and maintain up to date knowledge on low carbon measures including appropriate technologies and government strategies

·       Assist with the preparation of technical proposals to outline energy efficiency solutions for clients.

·       Assist with the submission of documents to energy supplier partners to ensure draw down of funding.

·       Assist with the collation of relevant data and the preparation of reports to track the performance of energy efficiency schemes.

·       Assist the Bid Team in the production of PQQ and tender submissions.

·       Develop and maintain a library of appropriate case studies in support of the PQQ and tender submissions.

·       Where appropriate, attend external events and represent Keepmoat at exhibitions and conferences.

·       Assist with the marketing and communications of Keepmoat’s Sustainability services.

Skills and abilities

·       Degree educated in a relevant field

·       Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills

·       Good analytical skills

·       Effective Communicator (both written and verbal)

·       Good at developing and maintaining professional relationships


·       Experience of working within the housing sector would be an advantage

·       Understanding of low carbon and energy efficiency funding schemes would be an advantage
