Sales Engineer (Renewable Energy) for our Renewables Energy Developer client based in Edinburgh.

We are looking for someone who will be able to hit the ground running and you will be involved in new business development, Securing Sales and reporting on sales performance.

You will need to have a strong business understanding and a degree in a relevant discipline.

The focus of this role is to have customer facing experience in the renewable sector or relevant sectors such as HVAV M&E with knowledge and experience of the following - Low Carbon Heat Systems Voltage such as air source and ground source heat pumps, solar PV, voltage optimisers, EV chagrin and hydrogen systems.

Provide evidence of sourcing and developing new business.

Experience and competence with CRM or sales management systems would be an advantage.

Experience of writing, preparing and costing bid and tender submissions would be beneficial.

You will be able to grasp and interpret technical information quickly and then identify and explain suitable consultancy services to clients.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to listen to customer’s requirements and communicate these effectively within the company.

An excellent communicator who is also able to write fluent and compelling sales documents.

Highly self-motivated and driven.

Competent with Microsoft Office packages.

As travel will be required in the role, you must have a UK driving licence.

There is a salary: �30 to �40K (depending on experience) plus a good benefits package & use of a company vehicle
