An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the South West's leading employers as a Sewer Adoptions Project Coordinator for our team based in Exeter.

The Role

As part of this job you will learn to deliver a large number of projects of varying size from application to conclusion. You will be responsible for the delivery of all new development adoptable drainage assets. You will vet the design of new schemes to ensure adherence to national standards and engineering best practice to minimise future capital and operational cost impact on the business.

Aa key responsibility of this role you will be building and maintaining customer relationships to consistently deliver excellent customer service and allow our customers to receive comprehensive and seamless service.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and forecasting the costs on the schemes you will be delivering to make sure they are delivered on budget and any changes are agreed with the customer in advance.

Acting as an expert in your field you will provide technical knowledge and guidance to internal and external customers, supporting innovative and sustainable solutions for drainage designs whilst keeping up-to-date with latest technology and products within the market.

The Ideal Project Coordinator:

 *NVQ Level 3 in Civil Engineering or equivalent *Previous experience of managing civil engineering or utility projects would be an advantage although not necessary. *Experience in Customer Service environment *Previous experience in the Utility industry would be advantageous *Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
