After launching a hugely successful Returner Programme in 2018, AECOM are excited to be partnering with Women Returners again to run our 2019 Returner programme. Open to applicants of any gender, AECOM are looking for individuals who have taken a career break of 2 years or more, and are looking to get back into the workplace with our structured and supportive programme.

Our roles are based in Locations throughout the UK including Dublin, Croydon, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington.

The UK Ports & Marine teams based in Basingstoke, London, Liverpool and Glasgow offices have an established track record of successfully delivering maritime and coastal services to port owners/operators, contractors and transportation agencies. Our maritime experience includes port planning, port economics and due diligence, engineering and design, construction supervision, transactions and financial advisory services for clients in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa. Our team of maritime specialists provide a fully integrated service and have the technical skills and experience to address a wide range of maritime developments.

Our Opportunities:

  • Civil Engineers – UK Wide Locations

  • Structural Engineers – to be based in Warrington (Greater Manchester)

  • Tunnelling Engineers – to be based in Croydon or Birmingham

  • Highways & Drainage Engineers – to be based in Birmingham, Bristol or St Albans

  • Project Managers with a background in Flood Risk – based in Leeds, Manchester or Chesterfield

  • CAD / BIM manager – based in Leeds

  • Revit Technicians – to be based in Warrington (Greater Manchester)

  • Maritime Engineers – to be based in Manchester, Liverpool or Glasgow

  • ACAD/Civil 3D Technician, Project/Tendering Administrator and Project Manager - based in Dublin
