Job description:

To support Eunomia’s rapid growth, we’re seeking an energetic and highly organised Project Support Administrator. Your work is expected to include:

·       Supporting project managers in entering project information into our project management system

·       Supporting the Head of Operations in setting up meetings, preparing agendas, rooms, video-conferencing, reports and analysing project performance data

·       Creating and distributing regular reports on project performance data within our project management system

·       Running compliance checks e.g. are colleagues following our processes correctly

·       Extracting and centralising good graphics and key information from our reports

Essential Criteria:

·       Demonstrable experience of a Project Management Support role and/or demonstrable experience adhering to and supporting Project Management processes through accurate data entry and reporting

·       Enjoy working in an operational support role

·       Demonstrable high level of organisation and ability to multi-task

·       Demonstrable experience of working under high pressure to tight deadlines

Desirable Criteria:

·       Demonstrable experience working with a Project Management system

·       Demonstrable experience of working within a consultancy business model

·       Experience working within the Sustainability sector, especially waste and recycling

Head of Operations

Person specification:

To succeed within this role, you will need to be highly organised, excel in multi-tasking and be able to work under high pressure to short deadlines. You will come with a can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in to any task that supports the effective delivery of our projects and the project delivery teams around you. You will need the ability to learn our project management processes and systems rapidly and become the expert on project delivery processes, systems and metrics for the organisation. You will become the go to person on all things project delivery for the company, and will act as the right-hand person to the Head of Operations in analysing and reporting on project performance and process compliance. This is an operational support role, focused on supporting our project delivery and thus facilitating our ability to make a positive difference to the environment.

Candidates should reflect our values and commitment to quality and are expected to be self-disciplined, well organised and to be able to present themselves in a professional manner. A personal interest in, and commitment to, environmental issues is expected.


Anticipated pay range: £22k to £25k or more for an exceptional candidate.

Holiday Entitlement

24 days per year (plus Bank Holidays) rising by 1 day each year to a maximum of 30 days per year.
