We now have an exciting opportunity to join one of the South West's leading employers as a Repair Workshop Supervisor, based in Tolgus, Cornwall.

The Role:

The Repair Workshop Supervisor will provide an efficient and effective internal repair facility, serving both Waste Water Services (WWS) and Drinking Water Services (DWS) operational functions, with timely and appropriate repair of respective assets.

You are primarily being responsible for the governance and policing of all associated work place regulations including the HSAWA, Loler, Puwer and COSHH. The ability to provide technical and practical support to the Repair Workshop team whilst conducting their day to day activities is a key element.

You'll manage staff resources to balance workload, manpower, skills and all support services; as well as act as a technical expert to the Repair Workshop team, supporting team members on tasks, sharing knowledge and provide hands-on practical support when required.

The ideal Repair Workshop Supervisor:

 *Experience of working in a workshop environment *A completed apprenticeship in a relevant technical discipline ie Mechanical or Electrical *IOSH Managing Safely Qualification *Proven supervisory or people management experience *Experience of providing end to end maintenance delivery *Ability to use various MS Office and Corporate computer packages
