We now have an exciting opportunity to join one of the South West's leading employers as a Water Regulations Administrator based at our Exewater Depot.

What will you be doing?

As a Water Regulations Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Water Regulations Team and provide a level of technical advice to internal and external stakeholders in regard to the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.

You'll plan and create lists of relevant retrospective Water Regulations inspections. Entering details in the regulations bespoke database and creating associated Work Requests. You will interact with customers and the teams to prioritise work as and when necessary, resolve issues, monitor progress and escalate potential problems where required.

What do you need?

 *Ability to plan and prioritise work scheduling and to work to deadlines *Proven experience of providing high quality internal and external customer service *Good organisational skills, self-motivation and the ability to prioritise workload *Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with an exceptional telephone manner. *Able to work under pressure and still maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
