At Viridor, we're investing in state-of-the-art recycling facilities, changing how our client waste in managed. Our Transfer Station Facilities in Somerset will provide fuel for our new energy recovery facility at Avonmouth in Bristol.  Our investment in plant and technology allows us to operate at the highest quality, environmental, energy efficiency and health and safety standards.

Our Transfer Stations in Somerset are currently undergoing construction and will assist in the efficiency in turnaround times and therefore maximising waste transportation and delivering waste for energy recovery.

As our Contract Administrator at the new Transfer Station at Dimmer in Castle Cary, you will assist with the day to day administration as directed by the Operations Manager, in line with key performance indicators.

You'll also support the 'after – service' requirements of business by ensuring that all paperwork is correct and filed as per company procedure.

You will have experience of working within an office environment and have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

Our Contract Administrator will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Working as part of Logistics team, you will build good relationships with colleagues but also be able to work on your own initiative when required.

You will require a full UK driving license.
