Acre has been engaged by a leading FTSE 100 European Real Estate business to identify a Sustainability Data Analyst to cover maternity leave on a 15-month fixed term contract. Our client manages some of the most exciting retail destinations in Europe and has been in business for more than 50 years. This role is essential to the continued success and development of their sustainability programme.

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, the purpose of this position is efficiently and accurately compile environmental and social impact data from Group managed assets for internal and external reporting and monitoring purposes

Responsibilities will include

* Collate, cleanse and review all required environmental and community engagement data for all Hammerson Group directly and third-party managed assets
* Maintain an efficient, robust, environmental and community engagement data management system including identifying potential system improvements
* Work with relevant internal teams and Group Head of Sustainability to provide full responses for all of Hammerson’s external sustainability reporting and benchmarking requirements
* Work with external assurance consultants to support the assurance process for public reporting of Hammerson sustainability data
* Efficient completion of all sustainability reporting assurance processes
* Provision of accurate, timely environmental and community engagement reporting data for internal and external reporting

The successful individual should be a confident and professional communicator with previous experience of investor benchmarking reporting, strong research skills and advanced IT skills.

The successful individual will also require:

* A degree in a related subject. This could include Geography, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences or Business Management
* Project management experience
* An interest in developing a career in the field of Sustainability
* Experience in the Property sector would be desirable
