Role Purpose

To support the Permitting Service with the delivery of high-level administrative duties associated with the permitting process and other supporting activities.  Co-ordinating the Permit Support Duties and ensuring delivery of permit applications in accordance with strict deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Co-ordinate the Permit Support duties.

• Raise orders and payment of invoices.

• Liaise with Permitting Service management team.

• Manage external permitting web-pages.

• Allocate permit application workload to technical support staff.

• Determination of permit applications in accordance with the KPI/SLA.

• Maintain the administrative task list and identification of new opportunities within the Permitting Service.

• Seek continuous Improvement of processes and systems.
