My client is one of the leading ROSCOs in the UK. They have over 20 years of experience in the rail industry and own passenger railway locomotives, multiple units and coaching stock running on Network Rail's system.

As a Customer Account Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of leases and communications with their customers and identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts and maintain relationships exceeding expectation and troubleshooting problems.

The Account Manager is responsible for negotiating and managing lease contracts, coordinating projects between the customer and the company. You will be required to resolve issues and ensure accuracy of billing and payments. You will foster the relationship with the customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to grow our business.

You will be required to have experience in:

* Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
* Relevant experience in account or relationship management.
* Negotiation of multi-million pound contracts with significant technical and commercial issues.
* Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
* Team player with the ability to bring different departments and views together to deliver a positive outcome for Eversholt Rail and our customers.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, communication and influencing skills.
