Client Manager – Renewable Energy Investment, Milan Italy, €35,000 - 40,000 per annum

This is an exciting role in a high-growth, international renewable energy asset management firm’s Milan office (English speaking environment).

You’ll take responsibility for managing key client relationships with banks & institutional investors who own solar energy assets in Italy.

The role is quite broad covering coordination and supervision of teams delivering services to clients including:

* Preparation of budgets, periodic variance analysis and cash management
* Preparation of periodic reports
* Monitoring and analysis of performance
* Identification of performance improvements at technical and financial level

There’s also a business development element including:

* Commercial development of the customer portfolio
* Support the identification of new customers and business areas
* Commercial support for:
* Preparation of offers for additional services
* Negotiation of contracts

Essential requirements

* 2 to 3 years of experience preferably in the field of renewable energy and / or in similar business positions.
* Degree educated in Economics and Engineering Management or similar (preferably with a Masters).
* Excellent Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity and / or knowledge of Reporting Tools
* Familiar with financial modeling and accounting
* Basic knowledge about technical specifications of photovoltaic systems and energy from renewable sources or energy efficiency
* Network of business contacts in the relevant sector
* Experience in International service company
* Excellent knowledge of English and Italian. Third language is an advantage

Remuneration

Base salary (negotiable based on experience and value) likely in the range €35,000 - 40,000 per annum
