We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, well-organised individual who can work independently as well as within a multi-disciplinary team. Our client has a variety of work from small scale private developments to mid-scale long term service contracts, so no two days will be the same!

You will consult with regulators and planning authorities, liaise with developers and clients and work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver suitable designs.

As a small and friendly office, you will be working alongside the directors on a day to day basis with tangible opportunities for involvement with the company’s strategic direction. You will also be responsible for tender preparation and project management. The vacancy is based in York, although travel to meetings and sites will be required.
