Job Description

You will need to be proactive in your understanding of the customer needs, creating a solution orientated support approach with clear investment mapping that will provide assurance and confidence in our products and services. Responsible for Market and Sales in the region.

- Oversee the company's financial performance, investments and other business ventures

- Support and lead the integration of the local departments full cooperation and crosscountry communication with Scale AQ HQ

- Implement regional strategy and business plan

- Provide strategic advice to ScaleAQ's through the communication channels so that ScaleAQ has an accurate view of the market and the company's future

- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times

- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

- Sales and daily operations

- Budget management

- P & L Responsibility for the Region

- Full driving licence is essential.

The Successful Applicant

- The successful candidate is likely to have a strong understanding of the Scottish and Irish aquacultural industry

- You will be a strong, supportive leader to the UK team. Provide clear direction and strategy to the current management and work with the ScaleAQ global framework.

- You will be up to date with latest requirements in UK employment law and GDPR ensuring the UK business is compliant in all aspects

- You will have a good understanding of financial and budgetary requirements in a supply/aquaculture-based business including P&L and Balance sheet

- You will need to be proactive in your understanding of the customer needs, creating a solution orientated support approach with clear investment mapping that will provide assurance and confidence in our products and services. Responsible for Market and Sales in the region.

- Experience of working across Regions/cultures would be advantageous
