Role Purpose
The role of the MEP Quantity Surveyor will have you working across various contracts ensuring the maximum commercial benefit for the company and will entail a cradle to grave delivery from tender stage through to final accounts and all-encompassing duties in between.

MEP Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
In conjunction with your project team, you will be responsible for the execution of various stages of a project as follows:

  • Estimating of sundry projects in the region
  • Providing Assistance to the Estimating department on large Mechanical and Electrical Tenders.
  • Commercially manage all successful tenders from Estimating Handover to Final Accounts.
  • Management of Accounts and Sub-Contractor Accounts
  • Compiling and submitting all change orders.
  • Holding Monthly Commercial meetings with Clients.
  • Ensuring successful commercial conclusion to each project under your control.  

Necessary Requirements of the MEP Quantity Surveyor

  • Minimum 4+ years of Quantity surveying experience essential on Mechanical or Projects.
  • Experience in Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Industrial or Commercial projects is a must.
  • Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering: Trades qualified candidates with applicable and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience working on electrical value projects in-excess of €4million within the data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or commercial sectors.
