We are now looking to recruit a Stores Administrator to join our team in Rochester, working 24 hours a week between Monday and Saturday.

What will you be doing?

As our Stores Administrator, you will be responsible for the running and administration of the technical stores function for the plant with effective stores and purchasing management, ensuring items are available to efficiently manage plant downtime.

The Stores Administrator is responsible for keeping accurate plant records, inputting critical asset data and associated data implementation on the CMMS system to ensure the plant is efficiently operated and maintained. You will support other departments with procurement, receiving and despatching items and handling all associated paperwork.

What do you need?

 *Experience of material management and stores control *Excellent communicational skills are required at all levels; both verbally and written. *Excellent organisation skills *Knowledge of purchasing control *Understanding of Health & Safety issues *Full understanding of manual handling regulations *Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems such as HolisTech Horizon/Web *Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance
