South West Water requires a part time Engineering Support Administrator for the support of all asset repair activities associated with the Specialist Repair Workshop (RWS) based at Exewater. This role is to cover maternity leave for up to 9 months, working 22 hours a week.

What will you be doing?

As our Engineering Support Administrator, you'll be responsible for the administration of planned maintenance support activities, asset delivery and collection, Complex work order generation and policing, Capital finance funding requests, OEM liaison and general office administration duties. The Engineering Support Administrator will manage and monitor the Repair Workshop email and deal with any post and correspondence.

You'll liaise between staff and suppliers to identify requirements for spares, including the use of drawings and schedules of parts. Proven and demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office and peripheral software tools available for the policing of all RWS activities is essential for this role although some on job training will be given.

 *Previous administration experience within an engineering support function *IOSH or similar Health and Safety accreditation *Experience dealing with multiple external suppliers *Experience of working on own initiative and working as part of a team
