Job description:

We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our support team. The successful candidate will be the first line of support to our employees for IT-related queries both remotely and in face to face situations. They will also help shape and implement the company’s IT strategy.

Your main duties will include, but not limited to; providing office based and remote support for Office 365, Teams & videoconferencing, software implementation, licensing and asset tracking and new user set up.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Provide first line IT support and troubleshooting to staff
  • Administration of Office 365 account (users, groups, distribution lists, etc.)
  • Ownership of the hardware register and software licenses
  • Onboarding new staff
  • Ad hoc projects to support the overall IT strategy

Person specification:
The successful candidate will be highly organised, enjoy a face-paced environment, an effective communicator and able to juggle competing priorities.

Essential Criteria:

  • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and simply to non-technical audiences
  • Desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Teams and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of basic infrastructure
  • Experience in a similar role

Desirable Criteria:

  • IT qualification

Business Manager

Remuneration & Benefits
Circa £23k depending on experience and qualifications.
