Water Hygiene Engineer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Water Hygiene Engineers to join a market-leading water treatment company based in Manchester.

Primary Water Group are a leading specialist in water treatment, installation and maintenance.  We operate across the UK from our Head Office in Cadishead.  First established 12 years ago, the company has weathered the recent storms in the construction industry and is poised for further growth.  This is a fantastic time to join a thriving business with great opportunities for progression and career development.

We are looking for ambitious, motivated and reliable, experienced people to join our team based in the Manchester area.  The works will entail all aspects of water treatment, including:

• Disinfection of domestic services

• Temperature Monitoring of hot and cold water systems

• Collecting water samples for laboratory analysis

• Tank cleaning, sampling and monitoring

The right candidates must have the following:

• Full UK driving license

• Valid CSCS operatives Health & Safety card 

• Strong verbal & written communication skills

• Ability to work both alone or part of a team

• Ambition to progress & learn new skills

Additional training will be provided as necessary – either from external sources or via our in-house bespoke training scheme. The right candidates will ultimately have the opportunity to be promoted to Senior Engineer positions.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm.  Working away from home will be necessary for some projects and overtime, including nights and weekend work may also be required.

Salary £16 to £20k (negotiable depending on skills and experience) plus benefits.
