Applicants should be able to demonstrate significant experience of utilities management across multiple EMEA countries, ideally gained in a large multi-site EMEA / international property portfolio requiring co-ordination of utilities services across hundreds of sites.  You should have experience of TPI relationship management, utilities supply company communications, utilities procurement strategy development, utilities procurement bid management, utilities invoice management, utilities consumption reduction management and client / stakeholder relationship management.  Experience of utilities data capture, data analytics and utilities reporting would also be useful.
