Our client is a market leader in the role of assigned certifier. Since the introduction of BC(A)R 2014, they have a dedicated assigned certifier team of experienced chartered engineers and surveyors working on some of Ireland’s most prestigious construction projects. We are seeking an experienced assigned certifier to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the BC(A)R certification process across a range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, logistics, leisure, retail, and healthcare.
About you
You will be experienced in leading and managing multidisciplinary projects across various sectors with excellent knowledge of building regulations. As a senior team member, client relationship and commercial management will be an integral part of your role. The role would suit a result orientated, passionate and ambitious team player who can drive sales, achieving year on year success.
Skills and experience
- Chartered Engineer, Registered Building Surveyor or Registered Architect qualification desirable.
- A successful track record working closely in partnership with clients and contractors and other members of design
- A positive, proactive approach with an ability to adapt to changing
