Typically our role involves managing the sale or acquisition process; raising senior debt via bank funding or public bonds; or the sourcing of equity and subordinated debt.
Financial models form an integral part of any financing process and we have many years experience at preparing efficient, customised models for each transaction.

Elgar Middleton's solar development activities are managed by Elgar Middleton Environmental Energy Investments Limited from our office in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.
We are a developer of ground based solar photovoltaic farms and our team has an extensive track record and knowledge of the renewable energy sector. Our capabilities include finance, legal, planning, design and development. This experience, coupled with our close links with institutional funders, ensures that we are well positioned to deliver projects.
Elgar Middleton acts as the developer for landowners with suitable sites. Elgar Middleton finances the development process, providing landowners with the opportunity to diversify their income and benefit from an inflation linked cash-flow for many years.
