Paragon Community Housing Group (Paragon CHG) is an award winning provider of affordable homes and services across over 10 boroughs in the South East. We manage 9,000 homes across our two subsidiaries: Elmbridge Housing Trust and Richmond Upon Thames Churches Housing Trust.

Our varied housing stock provides dedicated housing solutions for first-time buyers, keyworkers, sheltered and supported housing for older people, and those in general housing need. We also manage three care homes that specialise in quality dementia care. We’re determined to improve local neighbourhoods and are passionate about making a difference to the quality of life enjoyed by residents in our communities.

Paragon CHG have a robust and progressive development programme, successfully building new shared-ownership and general needs schemes year upon year. With assets of £523 million and £174 million grant, an annual turnover of 57 million and reserves totalling 316 million, Paragon CHG is a strong housing provider.
