RE-Pro Invest GmbH is an investment company and a part of an international group of companies based in Austria and in other EU-countries, developing and using renewable energy technologies an doing business in South- and Central Europe. RE-Pro Group offers the customers photovoltaic installations and the innovative technologies for the exchange and improvement of energy consuming devices (e.g. air conditioning, heat pumps, lightening systems). Furthermore RE-Pro Group is acting as an ESCO partner and as an energy provider for the customer.
PV POWER PARKS
Profitable photovoltaic power parks in southern Europe
RE-Pro is purchasing, installing and subsequently entertaining medium-sized photovoltaic power parks ("PV parks") featuring a capacity of 500 – 10,000 kWp with the aim to sell the electricity to national power distributors at pre-agreed feed-in-tariffs.
In view of RE-Pro's ability to produce solar energy at grid parity, the current scheme of subsidised feed-in-tariffs will allow for significant returns per newly erected PV plant. In the long run, RE-Pro's competitive production conditions lay a secure foundation for a profitable operation even without subsidies for renewable energy.
First acquisitions have been already done in industrial zones of Italy and Greece.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT
Anticipating future EU requirements on energy saving
An adopted EU Energy Efficiency Directive will impose a number of additional requirements on users of energy as of 2016. RE-Pro is aware that a large number of commercial and municipal users do not yet know how to meet these new requirements and has therefore developed efficient tools for individual application.
Following an energy audit, RE-Pro identifies and installs a number of energy efficiency measures. In most cases RE-Pro would erect a PV park at the respective building's rooftop, fit to supply the building with large parts of its electricity needs. The system works without the involvement of any grid provider.
