Marketforce’s 20th annual The Future of Utilities conference | 24th-26th March 2015, London

With water companies anticipating the opening of non-domestic markets and getting stuck into AMP6 after a period of tough price reviews, Marketforce’s 20th annual The Future of Utilities conference takes place at a critical time of nation-changing developments in the utilities.

With 50+ industry-leading speakers confirmed, the conference captures an industry in transformation and presents an opportunity to gain exclusive insight into the opportunities and challenges that are reforming the water, gas and electricity companies of today. 

Kicking off the conference will be Customer Operations in Utilities, a day dedicated to topics including meeting customer expectations, keeping costs down, measuring and improving service, optimising digital and multi-channel communication strategies, and fostering better customer relationships through metering.
