Full time – 36 hours per week

Commutable to Redhill, Surrey

Want to be part of our journey? We’re currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our Raven Renewables team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to develop our business as an installer of renewable energy products.  We offer a one stop solution and are fully accredited and  installing heat pumps and EV charging, solar projects in a variety of markets.  What makes us unique is our mission.  Our aim is to grow Raven Renewables fast to gift our profits to our chartable parent.  We are socially driven.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

Prior delivery experience in and a strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including the main operators and technologies, plus how Government policy is applied.

In-depth knowledge of the various funding regimes.

A track record in marketing, sales and business development, with experience managing quotations, tenders, contracts and projects.

You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
