One of the largest housing associations in London are looking to hire a temporary Scheme Manager to manage 2 properties in North London. This is a predominantly office-based role where you will be delivering a high-quality housing management service to create a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

The role involves:

* Utilising the Customer Relations Management system in relation to repairs, planned works, consultation and coordination
* Complete viewings, assessments and induction meetings with tenants/residents
* Manage tenancies, disputes and termination of tenancies
* Financial management for the schemes
* Lead on resident engagement and consultation

They are looking for:

* IOSSH Accreditation
* Customer service focused individuals
* Ability to work alone and use initiative to make decisions
* Awareness of the health and social needs of older people

Benefits:

* This is a temporary role with no specific timeframe but they will pay the annual equivalent of �34,000.
* 27 days annual leave (pro-rata)
* Contributory pension
