We are looking for a talented individual; to join a multi award winning design practice either in London or Manchester. This practice works across a diverse range of sectors including public realm, urban parks, educational and campus projects.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Landscape architect to work in a dynamic team, with senior colleagues to support and inform whilst you manage the design and delivery whilst also overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
* Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand and address design requirements
* Develop and present creative design proposals, incorporating both aesthetic and functional elements
* Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
* Liaise with contractors and oversee construction activities to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
* Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on project design and delivery
* Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute preferable
* Proficiency in relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Revit an advantage
* Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders
* In-depth knowledge of UK planning policies, regulations, and environmental best practices.
