Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Landscape Architect to join a dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and collaborative spirit, with proven experience in managing large, complex, and small landscape projects. This role is primarily office-based, as we believe that our young team benefits greatly from the guidance and experience of seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Oversee a small team of assistants, providing mentorship and direction.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Prepare and review detailed landscape architectural drawings and specifications.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
* Contribute to business development efforts by building strong client relationships and identifying new project opportunities.
Requirements:
* Positive attitude and a team player.
* Proven experience in running large, complex, and small landscape architecture projects.
* Experience overseeing a small team of assistants on projects.
* Significant UK experience is essential; international experience is also valued.
* Healthcare project experience is beneficial but not critical.
* Primarily office-based in London to provide support and guidance to our young team.
