At Pennon Water Services we are building a water retail business with exceptional customer service and solid relationships at our core.

Due to the rapid growth of our business we are looking for an exciting, upbeat, vibrant, confident, outgoing Key Account Manager to join our team where you will have the pleasure of working with some of our largest customers, across the South West.

Your new company

Your new role 

A field based role where you will be working closely with the commercial team to build lasting relationships with key customers across the length and breadth of the UK.  Supporting customers from a variety of sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing and government, you will be tasked with strong retention figures whilst working with them to resolve any problems. 

The Key Account Manager is also be responsible for increasing revenue in the area through portfolio growth and raising awareness of other products and services that we are able to offer.  This role will require you to travel to meet with customers whilst also completing admin duties from home or our Bournemouth office when required.

What you'll need to succeed 

The successful Key Account Manager will need to be able to demonstrate that you can deliver excellent customer service whilst managing your own workload.  The successful applicant will have the motivation to work from home and due to the field based nature of the role you will also have a full driving licence. 

You will possess excellent organisational and problem solving skills whilst having the ability to confidently present your findings.  Your IT skills must be strong within Microsoft packages such as Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, this may be tested at interview.
