Job description:
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support our employees with HR-related queries and will also be a key point of contact to potential recruitment candidates.

Your main administrative duties will include, but not limited to, maintaining staff records, managing HR documents, updating internal databases, arranging meetings and interviews, co-ordinating recruitment campaigns and associated logistics.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:

  • Organise and maintain staff records
  • Create and maintain internal databases
  • Prepare HR documents, for example reference requests
  • Help create internal HR procedure documents
  • Liaise with external partners, for example setting up interview tests
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as recruitment progress
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • Organise recruitment campaigns, such as advertising, setting up assessment days and arranging interviews
  • Working with staff and managers to set up performance reviews
  • Help upload information into a new HR software system
  • Training administration
  • Participate in HR projects where required

Person specification:
The successful candidate will be highly organised, enjoys a face-paced environment, and can juggle competing priorities.

  • Experience or an interest in Human Resources
