Competition terms & conditions

1. This competition is not open to employees of Greenjobs Ltd or its affiliated companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries will only be accepted via the official e-mail entry address or form provided.
3. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or undelivered entries.
4. Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them form receiving the prize.
5. Greenjobs decision in relation to the selection of the prize winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of the competition the decision of Greenjobs will be final.
6. Greenjobs Ltd., reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend or close the competition if necessary at any stage without prior notification
7. There are no cash alternatives.
8. Prizes are non transferable and will only be awarded to the winner.
9. If due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize becomes unavailable Greenjobs reserves the right to substitute a prize of a equal value. Greenjobs also reserves the right to change prize details without notice and the prize is subject to availability.
10. All entries become the property of Greenjobs Ltd.
11. Greenjobs accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising from entering the completion or taking a prize.
12. Entry to this competition signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions which include the competition instructions and rules.
13. All entries must be received by Greenjobs in the required format before the advertised closing date (31st May 2009). Greenjobs are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to this competition. Greenjobs is not responsible for fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries or entries which are processed late or incorrectly due to computer or other technical malfuncation.
14. The closing date for this competition is 31st May 2009. The winner will be notified within 10 days of this closing date. Greenjobs will endeavour to deliver all prizes within 28 days of the closing date. Where this is not possible Greenjobs will notify the winner of the delay.
15. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use relevant winners name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising promotion or publicity in any additional media without additional compensation and prize winners agree to take part in such related promotional activities as Greenjobs may require.
16. All taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
17. Prizes not claimed within a specified time limit will be deemed to have been forfeited and Greenjobs will be within its right to dispose of them as it sees fit without any liability to the winner.
18. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Greenjobs Ltd. will be final.
19. Limited to the residents of the UK and Ireland only unless otherwise stated.
20. Competition entrants must be over 18 years of age. Greenjobs reserves the right to request written proof of the age of the winner.
21. Any person found to break any of these rules will be disqualified automatically. Greenjobs also reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason at its discretion.
22. Participation in this competition denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
